An expert team on legal matters with the support of CBCI will be constituted to facilitate public support of a particular cause or policy and provides assistance to XB member institutions who are unable to approach/ afford legal representation and access to the court system. The team also monitors the court matters at national level through proper coordination with CBCI and Xavier Board Member Institutions.
As the Church related Institutions in India are faced with many challenges regarding minority rights, Implementation of National Education Policy, and restructuring of the higher education sector , it is imperative to have a legal cell operational to present the matters affecting our educational institutions adversely at regional level and national level.
